Our skin is the outermost manifestation of everything that is happening inside our bodies. Therefore, how we eat naturally affects our skin. When we eat healthy, whole foods, a balanced diet with lots of Omega fats and limit processed foods, we will see our skin being transformed. I have started a new series with Youtube beauty guru Michelle Phan, called Skinside Out, that focuses on getting healthy skin from the inside. For now we are starting with a 4 episode pilot series and each episode focuses on a particular skin condition. I show some very basic and easy recipes that can help that condition from the inside and the outside.
